Must Buy November 2, 2006 Andrew S. Burns I have to say that this is a must buy if you are a Sheen fan. This movie shows how well the Sheens can work together. The movie has plenty of action to keep you intrigued.
just one thing....Bret Michaels...what the (bleep)? January 17, 2005 Michael Bolts (superior, wiusa) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Bret Michaels, the legendary lead singer of that 80's band Poison, wrote, produced with Charlie Sheen (Being John Malkovich, The Chase) and directed and also starred in this dreadful action concoction about corruption and drugs and Mexico. You know a movie is bad when you got a horrible essemble cast and Bret Michaels...killing yourself off in the first 6 minutes wasnt that shocking. Charlie Sheen is the son of Martin Sheen (Catch Me If You Can, Apocalyose Now) in this movie.....wow!!!!!! That's awesome, I could swear they look alike and damn, was that Emilio Estevez's father Joe in there as well...man does Joe look like Martin..could they be brothers? Michaels failed on a major level...maybe he was setting out to do so..I dont know..I dont have all the answers. Also starring Mark Dacascos (Brotherhood Of The Wolf, The Crow: Stairway To Heaven) and Paul Gleason (The Breakfast Club, Not Another Teen Movie). Only thing their missing is Emilio Estevez himself. Good choice for staying out of this Emilio. A bomb within a bomb.

Bret Michaels, the alleged director, is the former lead singer of Poison. Need I say more?
For Sheen Fans...only July 6, 2002 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
Let me start by saying I'm a big fan of Martin Sheen and his clan. So I enjoyed seeing Martin, Charlie, and especially Martin's brother Joe Estevez (the resemblence is so strong you'll know when you see him) together in this film. I have to admit that the script was just terrible. The actors did what they could with it, but even Martin's always excellent acting couldn't redeem it.(Clearly he did this film only as a favor for his son.) I love Charlie Sheen and I know he was a creator of this film, but I can't lie - sometimes it's just painfully bad. That being said, it's worth watching for Sheen fans. I loved Joe and wish he was in more movies with Martin.
Sheen Shines Again February 9, 2001 5 out of 7 found this review helpful
This movie is a must-see for anyone who wouldn't dream of missing an episode of West Wing. Martin Sheen does for the police force what he has done for the Presidential office- show us what it could and should be- as a dedicated cop and family man. Never a dull moment. Great action scenes, including an explosive ending.
