Amazon.com Lizzie McGuire, played by Teen Choice award-winning Hilary Duff, is a winsome eighth grader with a unique sense of style and burning desire to be popular--a condition that resonates with pre-teens everywhere. This quartet of episodes from the television series (which inspired the feature film) finds Lizzie climbing to a new pinnacle of popularity. When Lizzie signs a modeling contract with Teen Attitude Magazine, she gains instant popularity at the expense of true friendship. In the second episode, desperation over an upcoming vote for "best dressed" tempts Lizzie to lie and outspend her budget in the quest for notoriety. Meanwhile, Lizzie's brother Matt becomes a prisoner of his own instant fame. Lizzie takes being a role model a bit too far in the third episode and almost winds up losing her uniqueness while Matt's Dad takes a beating trying to help Matt earn a wilderness badge. When Lizzie sets a new school record for the "Presidential Fitness Challenge" in the fourth episode, she quickly gains a reputation as a "dude"--a reputation that just might end her chances of ever getting a date. Matt, on the other hand, suddenly finds himself praised for a newfound academic prowess--too bad the praise really belongs to a mischievous monkey. (Ages 6 to 12) --Tami Horiuchi

"Fashionably Lizzie" is a really great DVD with four great episodes. Lizzie McGuire is my absolute fave TV show and everybody should love it! Here are my reviews on the episodes:
Last Year's Model----Lizzie decides to become a model for Teen Attitude magazine, and everything's awesome! She gets to wear cool clothes and hang with the cool kids. But then, everybody starts to treat her differently, including her friends. Can Lizzie get everybody to treat her normally without giving up modeling?
Best Dressed For Much Less----The class awards are coming up, and Lizzie's going for Best Dressed. When she tells her mom, her mom says they'll go bargain hunting together. There's these pants at the Style Shack Lizzie really likes but her mom won't let her buy them. So when Lizzie and her friends go out to buy the pants, Lizzie feels her guilt coming on. Her mom even found really cool clothes at the bargain place. What should Lizzie do?
Just Like Lizzie----This one is awesome!! Lizzie helps out a sevie named Andie and gives her all these tips and stuff. Then, Andie starts taking over her life! She starts dressing like Lizzie and everything! Everybody thinks Andie would make a better Lizzie than Lizzie! What can Lizzie do without hurting Andie's feelings?
One Of The Guys----Lizzie set a school record, and now Ethan Craft is asking her to play flag football! Lizzie of course says yes and has a great time. She even wants to play again. But after Kate's comments, Lizzie isn't quite so sure she wants to do this. She thinks that everybody will think of her as a guy/girl. What can Lizzie do to prove them wrong?
Overall, this DVD is one of the best Lizzie McGuire DVDs. It's awesome, and all the episodes are great! If you're a Lizzie McGuire fan, you should own this DVD!!

Okay, first I would like to say that I'm a 14 years old boy. I loved the Lizzie Mcguire TV show from the first time I saw it. I know that some may think that Lizzie Mcguire is a girl thing, but I don't think so. Well... I know that its about having girl problems and stuff like that, but why can't boys join it too? It's also about Lizzie's annoying little brother, Matt and his friend Lenny, so it's not only for girls. At least that what I think... :)
