Amazon.com This Baywatch reunion movie, like the 11-year television series itself, is a guilty pleasure short on story credibility but long on action, hardbody appeal, and hot passions. The hyperdrive plot finds Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff), presumed dead at the end of season 10, alive and well and in love with a woman named Allison (Alexandra Paul), who bears a spooky resemblance to Mitch's late lover, Stephanie. Wedding plans that include the old Baywatch lifeguard crew (Pamela Anderson, Yasmine Bleeth, Billy Warlock, etc.) are set for Hawaii, but in a Wrath of Khan-like twist, a villain (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa) from the old show's second season turns up with an elaborate plan to kidnap and endanger Mitch's guests. The script is shameless, of course, but the outre element is fun to watch, including a subplot in which Mitch's former wife (Gena Lee Nolin)--suspicious of Allison's true motives--gets into a spectacular catfight with her ex's new lady. --Tom Keogh

Question about music March 9, 2008 Anne Elsik I have a question, can someone tell me who sang "Life is a Beach", and "Love is a Many Splendored Thing." I enjoyed watching this movie because I enjoyed watching Baywatch. I also love the location of Hawaii.
Baywatch ( Season 1 ) February 27, 2006 SciFi Lover (Texas, USA) I want to know when the whole series release, not just the movie?
Chick Magnet... November 9, 2005 Der Duke (Berlin, The Fatherland) We all know David has the power to work with hot chicks for no apparent reason. Take this show that he once did called, 'Watch Babes As They Run Slowly For Man's Viewing Pleasure'. David would stand around, minding his damn business. And out of nowhere, a babe in a bikini claiming to be a lifeguard would just start talking to him. Now that's a true American idol. 'oh my god...he might be drowning...'

Typical Baywatch! Fast moving story and great well known babes. Pamela looking great as usual, especially in the scene when tanning wearing the very skimpy pink string bikini, striking hot!
Awful script, bad acting! November 27, 2004 Jaime Sommers (Germany) 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
Well,I'm afraid there's almost nothing positive to say about this movie. The plot is ridiculous, the directing is terrible, most of the acting is unbearable and the music is getting on one's nerves. If you are a fan of season one (like me),this movie will totally disappoint you.It has nothing to do with lifeguarding,it's nothing more than another opportunity for the "Baywatch Babes" to show their (barely dressed) bodys.Entertainment at its worst! There are only two persons you can really call actress/actor.Alexandra Paul and John Allen Nelson are really wasting their talents on this movie. You better watch the great episodes of season one and forget about this movie which is a waste of time and money!
