| Editorial Reviews:
Amazon.com Beyonce's London fans go crazy when the Destiny's Child beauty, on her first solo international tour, descends to a massive stage while suspended, upside down, from a wire. After a delicate landing, the star embarks on a set of recent hits immersed in complicated arrangements, including the Arabic sound of "Baby Boy" and "Naughty Girl," the chunky, hypnotic funk of "Hip Hop Star," and Beyonce: Live at Wembley's best performance, the powerful "Work It Out," in which the diva is at her clearest, jazziest, and most soulful. Not everything works. The bottom falls out of "Gift from Virgo," "Be with You" is forgettable, and Beyonce's stage patter needs polish. But a Destiny's Child medley accompanied by only a DJ is innovative and fun, "Summertime" proves a breezy dance number, and "Crazy in Love" is bolstered by what sounds like the old Stax horns. A CD featuring a few remixes is included with the DVD. --Tom Keogh

A strong debut tour August 22, 2009 Jamie Altman A strong debut tour performance from Beyonce. It pales next to her tour for B-day but that was over-the-top spectacular. It is nice that this DVD takes you backstage and discusses the concepts and what they were aiming for (and not aiming for). Beyonce puts on the best shows I've ever seen.
Lukewarm Performance April 21, 2009 Vida (Maryland) First of all I wanted to let everyone that this is a DVD of Beyonce's first tour as a solo artist. I purchased Beyonce Experience the sametime I purchased Beyonce Live at Wembley.
Beyonce is an AMAZING performer!! This DVD is not BAD, but it is NOT better than Beyonce Experience. Beyonce was in her element on the Experince DVD, if you do not have Beyonce Experience you NEED to buy it NOW!!

Beyonce' Live at Wembley February 13, 2008 Atltom (Atlanta, GA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this DVD along with the B-Day Anthology DVD and it is absolutely awesome. Even in 2003 you could see that Beyonce' was going to be dynamic on her own. This was her first tour as a solo artist and she has only gotten better. Whenever she is in the area I will attend her concerts.
Best Dvd Live Show EVER! January 11, 2007 Red Kitten (Chesterfield,VA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is one of the best live DVD's I own. I picked it up at the store on a whim and from the second it began I was entranced. The dancing and singing are mindblowing from beginning to end. I don't know how she did it. She sang and sweated and danced the whole way through. Can't wait from the next one!
