Product Description THIS TIME DEUCE HEADS TO AMSTERDAM TO HEL PGET HIS FORMER PIMP OUT OF A JAM.
Amazon.com If the repeated use of the phrase "man-whore" is your recipe for hilarity, Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo is your movie. Rob Schneider (The Hot Chick, The Animal) returns as the hapless male prostitute, in this case lured back into the man-whore lifestyle in order to investigate the killings of European man-whores. His former pimp T.J. (Eddie Griffin, Undercover Brother) has set up shop in Amsterdam, where he finds himself accused of both the man-whore murders and of being a homosexual. From this slender, ridiculous premise springs dozens of gags about flatulence, breasts, and male sexual organs--in fact, the number of phallus stand-ins (noses, swords, man-whore of the year awards) would seem excessive to Aristophanes. And yet, despite all things crass and tawdry, Schneider remains bizarrely innocent, and this movie, like the first one, feels inexplicably sweet. The fundamental ethos of Deuce Bigalow is that everyone, no matter how they look, deserves to be loved. Such a downright Christian sentiment is rarely packaged in a movie featuring a cat biting a man's testicles or a woman gushing wine out of her tracheotomy hole, yet that's all part of the ineffable mystery of Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo. Also featuring Jeroen Krabbe (The 4th Man, The Living Daylights). --Bret Fetzer

Not For You if You Take Things Too Seriously! February 3, 2009 nina 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
First off let me say that even though this is definitely not the funniest movie in the world, it's not that bad! I am also not one who is easy to please with a film either. I think some people obviously took this film too seriously and if you did then it wasn't for you in the first place and you shouldn't have watched it. The Deuce films are silly, tasteless, vulgar and juvenile in spots but they are SUPPOSED to be! No one claimed these films to be the uptime of upstanding comedy! Sometimes comedy can simply be entertaining on it's own level. I think that too many people are thinking that the Deuce films should be on the level of other standard comedies. Well they aren't and you gotta respect the films for what they are. For the naysayers who took this film too seriously, when you saw that Rob Schneider and Eddie Griffin were the stars what in the world did you EXPECT? An oscar-winning comedy? Please! You shouldn't be surprised at what you got. Both of these men are known for making bad, semi-funny films. But that's what makes them stars! They got famous off of being silly! Some folks need to relax and get off their high horse. If you expected more from these two then you need help or a life. Rob and Eddie are the kings of silly comedies so expecting anything other than that would be a disservice to yourself. I found this sequel even funnier than the first one. I admit that the first had more of a background and even though it was silly, it could be taken a little more seriously than European Giggilo but NEWSFLASH, these films aren't supposed to be taken seriously! Just watch them and be entertained and you'll enjoy them. If you're looking for an Amy Heckerling-clever-like comedy, then this is not for you! If you just want a to watch a film with some laughs where you can rest from thinking and just chill to get away from all the BS in the world today, then Deuce is a decent enough film for that. You take it with a grain of salt. If you're someone who expected more than what you got then you missed the bus. I hope they make another one! How you like them apples?
Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo [UMD for PSP] December 12, 2008 Dianne Burr (FT LAUDERDALE,FL) I thought I was ordering a dvd, but was mistaken. This person was good enough to credit me in full for the return including shipping. I would order from them again.
Good Movie - A bit silly but good September 23, 2008 TTTLane (La Plata, MD USA) I bought this movie for my teenage son who likes silly movies. I usually don't approve of the R rating but as he is coming of age, it's not so bad. He pretty much knows what's what. He get's a lot of laughs from this movie. Having the PSP/UMD version is helpful for traveling entertainment.
A Rehash Of The First, But Not Bad As So Many Claim July 1, 2008 Sebastian Sanjurjo (Miami FL) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This sequel to the outrageous Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo brings back our beloved Fish Tank cleaner/Fish Taker/Occasional Male Prostitute, only this time it takes place in Amsterdam. it seems there is someone killing all the male prostitutes of that area. Its is up to Deuce (Rob Schneider) and T.J (Eddie Griffin)to find out who. Many cameos from the previous movie appear here, so that's good. The humor here is well balanced, but not as outrageously funny as the first. Plenty of the humor has been recycled from the first movie. but besides that it is a decent sequel that can be enjoyed by fans of the first or by others who have not seen the first. Worth viewing, and perhaps owning if you are a fan. MY PERSONAL RATING: 3 OUT OF 5
Similar as first one but worse December 13, 2007 Debbie Holm 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I actually liked the first Deuce Bigalow movie and thought this one would be good, too. Well, it was similar, but not in a good way. It's almost as if they ran out of ideas and decided to just bring in some from part one. Also, I didn't like that some of the characters from part one got killed off. Sure, I had a few laughs, but overall it just wasn't all that good. I'm selling mine, if anyone wants to buy it...
