Great Addition To Collection February 5, 2010 R. Taylor (Faison, NC USA) Our son loves "The Batman" series. So he was tickled when he saw the 3rd season's DVD on Christmas morning to add to his collection
Same review as Season 2 January 28, 2010 Alex R. (Lee's Summit, MO) I wish they didn't end this series in 5 seasons. I used to think that Japanese animation was the only good animation. I now admit that I'm wrong. This series is entertaining, better than "Batman: The Animated Series", & keeps you wanting more after every episode. If I remember correctly, they even do some flashback episodes of Batgirl & Robin. They also do (one of my favorites), an episode of Batman in the future. Those episodes I just mentioned are some of the gems of this series.
Most definitely this series is geared toward the younger crowd, but it also applies to the early adult audience (I'm in my 30's & enjoy it). Each season is reasonably priced (around $10.00 each @ this time I think) compared to Batman Beyond (which are ridiculously expensive; approximately $23 to $27.00 each). You won't regret buying this series!
The Batman #3 December 21, 2009 Beck Baldwin (Sylva, NC, USA) The Batman Season 3 is packed with action as Batman protects the town of Gothom from several assorted villians. With vivid color, I consider this series the best animated Batman ever made.
The best season of the new Batman January 30, 2009 Aaron Lockhart (Auburn, WA United States) This is by far the best season of the New Batman. If you have been waiting to see more of the the Batman with Batman meets the Animated Series then this is the season for you!
The Batman Season 3 October 18, 2008 Gregory A Butler (Albuquerque) I really enjoyed the old Batman: The Animated Series. I really like Bruce Timm's style. I wasn't too sure about The Batman when I first saw it on the WB, but now I'm a huge fan. With each new season Jeff Matsuda makes this series better and better. The Batgirl is first introduced in this season and I like the way she is introduced. I was pretty upset when the show was done after only 5 seasons, but it was great while it lasted. I now have all five seasons and consider it a good investment for my entertainment.
