Film quality is poor. January 18, 2008

I bought this DVD as a gift to my boyfriend who is a huge JW fan. We watched it together and both were very disappointed in it. The DVD seems to be in fast motion and then it goes to normal mode, then back to fast, then normal. Towards the last chapters on the DVD, there is no sound whatsoever. I don't know if the original movie was so old that converting it was too difficult, but if that was the case, then why bother. Wouldn't recommend at all.
