This is one of the better Van Damme movies, with only the third act falling apart somewhat. You can laugh at the melodrama and enjoy the fights and action scenes, which are really great for the budget.
The movie is not particularly spectacular-looking, quite grim with subdued colors and plenty of nightime, but this blu-ray delivers the image the best it can be done.
